Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished II was created in the mirror image of the 2020 Sherry Aged and Sherry Finished which was awarded Gold and 95 points (out of 100) at the highly regarded International Wine And Spirits Competition 2020. 

This Lark single malt is a marriage of first-fill ex-sherry casks from Lark's Cambridge Distillery, finished in a combination of carefully selected Oloroso and PX Sherry Butts from Seppeltsfield in South Australia. One of Lark’s most beloved limited releases.

This Lark Distilling Co Gift Pack includes a complimentary Glencairn whisky glass, emblazoned with a laser-etched, Lark insignia. The Glencairn Glass is designed specially for whisky, ensuring the taste and complexity of each sip is savoured and enjoyed.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Dried figs and glace orange slices on the nose

Taste: Sticky sherry and sweet, spiced oak on the palate.

Finish: The journey finishes with a long warm and woody finish reminiscent of dark chocolate and old saddle leather. Perfection in a glass.
