The initial release of the Bosque Verde was the Corowa Distilling Co's 2nd portfolio release and signifies the distilleries style and bottling design, it was bottled at 56.6% abv, this bottling has been released to capture the whisky at 46% abv.

Bosque Verde is Spanish for ‘green forest’ and this is the name of the farm where the bulk of the barley is sourced.

This whisky is matured in ex-Port American oak barrels for no less than two years and is bottled at 46% abv. Each bottle has been hand written to signify the date of distillation.

Corowa distillery was born from the major overhaul and renovations to a an old flour mill in the town. Dean Druce, the owner of Corowa distillery also onwed the Junee Licorice adn Chocolate factory in Wagga Wagga. With input from head distiller Beau Schilg, the pair now produce some of Australias best single malt whisky (and chocolate)!

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Cherries, pear, raisins, spice, oak and hints of chocolate


Taste: Spicy, cinnamon, nuttiness, malt

Finish: Long and sweet, soft with a hint of vanilla
